Sensibilities & Limitations II – 2008

To explore opportunities for service innovations in the silver employment market, C3A, SingHealth, NTUC, NEA and RSVP collaborated with DIC to begin an exploration to retain, retrain and recruiting the elderly into the workforce.

After interacting and listening to the seniors from different skill profiles, the participants mapped out service blueprints, in hope to understand users’ motivations, address their limitations and design new services and systems.

Using the design methods and derived blueprints, DIC intends to introduce the value and viability of service innovation into more industries, to enhance working experience for more people.
